The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was favourable close to everything. Everything was beautiful, modern and spotless room with view on the patio. Had central heating and television, and several times we got eggs, bread, bacon, cheese, and potato for breakfast. Location: the venue was very close to the Centro de Textiles Tradicionales del Cusco. It was as expected, had a perfect stay for 2 nights.

This hotel is located near the square, but it's surprisingly quiet. The special decoration and beautiful courtyard add to its charm. The daily music show is a sweet touch. The staff goes above and beyond to help, even arranging to send back a forgotten cellphone to Puno at their expense. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peacefulness of this place.
Felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered complementary live music and tasty drinks. The hotel has a great central location and is perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The rooms had comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere, which made it easy to acclimatize to the altitude.
The breakfast service was poor with often having to ask for basic items like cutlery. The lighting in the rooms was very gloomy and did not make the room feel welcoming.
